Schedule LinkedIn company page posts: the best way from approval to publish proof

Zayenha Social lets you connect your LinkedIn company page and publish to it directly once it is linked through an account with page admin rights. The best way to schedule is to write for the page’s audience, approve the final copy, then check the delivery result on the Publishing page; a calendar date alone proves nothing.

A LinkedIn company page needs a different message from an employee profile: a defined audience, a page administrator and copy that explains the business without becoming a vague ad. Zayenha Social supports connecting and publishing to company pages, but a calendar date alone does not prove delivery.

1. Identify the page and permission

Start with the correct company page and confirm that the person connecting it has the required LinkedIn permission. A personal profile and a company page are different destinations; check the page name and logo before approving a post. If connection fails or the page is missing, resolve authorization before setting another date.

In Zayenha Social, open Publishing, authorize LinkedIn through its official flow and select the company page. After connection, manage page posts from the LinkedIn organization screen. Access to your personal profile does not prove that the company page is connected.

2. Write for a customer decision

Choose a question a prospect actually asks: how the service works, when it fits or how to begin. Lead with the answer, then provide a verifiable example and one link to the relevant service page. Avoid reach figures or customer testimonials without evidence and permission to publish them.

Record the objective, audience and voice in the brief, then review copy, image and link after any AI suggestion. If reusing the idea on a personal profile, rewrite it for that speaker instead of putting the company’s exact voice in an employee’s mouth.

3. Review approval, timing and result

Before scheduling, check the selected page, final copy, asset, time zone and destination link. Keep “ready,” “scheduled” and “published” distinct. If someone changes the copy or offer after approval, review it again before delivery.

After the scheduled time, read delivery status in Publishing and check the post on the company page. If rejected, inspect permissions or media format; do not resend until you know what happened to the first attempt. Your team can enter performance figures manually later; do not assume automatic import across channels.

Common questions

Is connecting my personal profile enough to post as the company?

No. Select the company page and confirm its administrative permission and connection separately from your profile.

Is a scheduled post already published?

No. Check delivery after the scheduled time and confirm that the post appears on the intended page.

Do I need a strategy plan to write a brief?

You can document the goal and message in a calendar brief. The advanced Strategy area is available on Growth and Agency plans.
