1. Choose one question and one next step
Start from a specific customer question and answer it directly. If the topic needs detail, link to a service page or guide rather than squeezing important conditions into a short post. The next step may be reading a guide, viewing a product or making a qualified enquiry; choose one.
Record the objective, audience and source for any number or promise in the calendar brief. Treat AI wording as an editable draft; verify names, prices and service conditions before approval.
2. Match copy to the account and destination
